A recent study showed that moms who work outside the home end up working an average of 98 hours per week between their career and home responsibilities.
Stay-at-home moms work almost 97 hours per week, according to a Salary.com study.
According to research, this leaves moms with one hour and seven minutes a day to themselves, on average.
That's one hour and seven minutes.
If your day is anything like mine, I bet that this precious personal time is divided into five- maybe 10-minute increments throughout your very long day - just enough time to scroll through Instagram while finishing your cup of reheated chai tea from this morning.
If you somehow bundle your time so you can spend a chunk of it on doing something special, how do you decide what to do? Experts talk about the importance of building in time for "self-care" but it can be hard to know what feels good anymore or what's worth the investment.
Is it worth spending your precious time on a massage when you'll probably spend the entire time on the table thinking about everything you need to do?
The biggest question is: How do you get what you want when you don't know what you want anymore?
I'm hosting a mini-retreat for moms to help you figure out what you want so you can start building a life you love.

You'll learn easy-to-implement self-coaching techniques in a small group of like-minded moms. We'll spend time talking (you only have to share if you want to), learning from each other, and playing by creating a simple craft project that will help you integrate your new ideas into your day-to-day routine.
Space is limited to eight moms.
