VISION BOARD WORKSHOPS
What's a Vision Board?
A vision board is a simple project. It involves choosing words and images from magazines and pasting them on a poster board. The images and words that you select can be very specific representations of your wishes and desires and they can be images that evoke a feeling of happiness, peacefulness, anticipation, and other emotions.
Although the process of creating a vision board is simple, its power is exceptional. When you use the wisdom of your inner guide to pull together words and images and focus your attention on what you want to do, be, create, experience, or have, your life changes. Your Vision Board becomes a powerful tool for manifesting your desires to create a life you love.

How does a Vision Board work?
I have eight years of Vision Boards on my art table, leaning against the wall, one in front of the other. I spend a lot of time during the year looking at that year's board—getting inspired, looking for clues, finding courage. When I look at past years' Vision Boards side by side, I can see themes and patterns and connect what happened to the images and words on the boards, like the year I had to focus on rebuilding my foundation and took a full-time job, after 19 years of being self-employed. The flowers in the top left corner that I thought were flowers but had more to do with working on adjusting my "default settings". And this past year's board, which was all about pollinating the growth that's flowering right now.
Each person's Vision Board shares powerful messages as workshop participants build their own vision boards and look forward to the year ahead. Toward the end of each workshop, I lead the group in an exercise to use the inspiration and wisdom of their vision boards to set clear intentions and plans for what they can build and grow in the coming year.
Your Vision Board isn't just a pretty piece of artwork; it's a map to a life you love.
